The service to repair my brand new vehicle itself is 5 stars, zero complaints. Wasn't a fan of having to drive to the dealership twice given the distance for something that was identified as an issue during the test drive and before purchasing the vehicle, and not addressed then (1 star on that). The service advisor was great, once I found where she was at, got my vehicle in and out pretty quickly. The service area itself is confusing at a minimum. You pull into the area marked Certified Service, there are 2 lanes...I was about 8 cars back I guess. Nobody was in these vehicles I found so I went inside, navigated to where I the service area is (not marked real well), and had to find someone to ask what I do. Where the service advisors are, they face the outside of the building towards that service lane I pulled into, you have to get their attention since they are facing the wrong way. If the service lane is more of a parking lot....why have it? If that lane isn't being used properly...turn the service desks around to face the customer side instead of their backs to you. It is what it is, but it isn't laid out well at all, and it isn't customer friendly as is (as compared to other Dealerships I've had service at). I obviously got helped, and my vehicle serviced quickly, but I can't say my overall experience was great. Vehicle should have been addressed after the test drive, it wasn't. Salesman was supposed to have the service department notified and everything setup to get my car fixed...I ended up making arrangements before they called me (I waited another business day before calling in). Part wasn't in stock, no problem as you can't possibly stock all parts for all vehicles, but had it been looked at after the test drive, the part could have been ordered then and saved at trip. I'm just an old bitter guy who really shouldn't complain as the problem was fixed....think I am just disappointed about a factory defect that wasn't caught (quality isn't what it used to be huh?) and spending my time and (gas) money to fix it.

I rarely provide feedback, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding a recent issue with my driver-side camera on my 2024 Chevy Suburban. I have a lengthy daily commute of 110 miles one way, which means I’ve already exceeded the warranty at 44,000 miles. I was informed that I needed a new camera, which would cost over $700. The technician mentioned that the camera "had the potential to be faulty and could short out at any time." However, it had been functioning properly for the past four days, since making the appointment. While I’m not an expert in electrical circuitry, my understanding is that if something is "about to short," it can often be repaired, rewrapped, or re-wired to prevent that from happening. After sharing my concerns, the service technician immediately suggested using my extended warranty to cover the cost. If I didn’t have it or chose not to use it, I would need to pay a diagnostic fee of over $200 for that visit and schedule a separate appointment for the repair. Additionally, the technician casually mentioned that I also needed a cabin air filter, which he claimed was inexpensive. Ironically, I have a receipt showing that I had a new cabin air filter installed just two months prior during my last oil change, at a different location. This experience has raised my suspicions about the camera issue and left me feeling uneasy. I conduct a significant amount of business with car dealerships, and this was the first time I encountered the discomfort that is often associated with them. Given that I haven't experienced any issues with the camera for a week leading up to the appointment—and none since—do I really need a new camera? Thanks to Laura Chevy, I’m now left feeling uneasy, uncertain about when or if my camera might fail. This is particularly concerning since the camera is integral to features like lane keeping, accident avoidance, and more.

I can't say enough good about the way your dealership operates. The service is great! Your people are great! Service is always what is expected (if not beyond expectations). The one place I really feel you need to work on is service advisor availability. It some times take 2 or 3 days of calling to get some one on the phone to schedule for my needs. This is not always your fault due to my not being able to sit on hold for extended periods.

My salesman Rich was awesome no complaints. But the car I was sold shouldn’t have been on the lot for sale. It was raining when we did our walk around and test drive so all the issues were missed until the rain stopped and we had the vehicle was home. Scratches on the rear hatch and side and transmission was leaking. Just very upset about the lack of accountability on their part to think it’s ok to let me keep the car. I did not really expect to buy the vehicle when I did, but the vehicle met most of my needs and the color selection (inventory) was much better than other lots. I bought an LT as opposed to an LTZ Silverado and if more time would have been taken to explain what I was giving up in that selection, I am sure I would have bought the LTZ. I don't understand why my 2014 had HD radio stations and my 2025 does not. That is bummer that plagues me every time I get in the truck.

The only downside was that I was clear what my expectations of the deal terms were before agreeing to drive an hour to complete the transaction. Salesman told me I would loss $1000 if I used the gm financing of 2.9% for 72 months but once I got there and was about to sign the paperwork found out I would not receive a $3000 rebate if I used the 2.9% so I ended up going with Wells Fargo for 5.09%. I feel that should have been more clearly communicated ahead of time.

Service Adv Sonya always comes through. Service tech.& Saturday showroom personnel, Not so much. Day after having truck serviced, low oil message came on, checked oil and no reading on dip stick so it was seriously low. Was right by dealer and pulled in. Full house holding desks down, and all they had to offer was go to O’Reilys. I understand it was Saturday and.the shop was closed, but they get paychecks from the same account that the guy who forgot to put oil back in my $60,000 +. truck does, and their indifference was not a good look for the dealership. Sonya remedied the problem first thing Monday morning, but the weekend warriors in the showroom may need a refresher on customer service. (I had a lot of time to stew over this, 95 degrees kneeling in a scalding hot engine compartment in O'Reilys parking lot, in shorts, pouring oil in my truck through soda bottle funnel, spilling on engine.) Just saying.

Mr. Tate, Service Advisor set the appointment for me about 1 week before. I got there about 10 minutes early. He is always friendly and gets to me as soon as they can. Work was done faster than I thought. I feel they do a very good job. My car is a 2014 Buick and always been serviced at this dealership. This service advisor is the only reason I continue to take it their. I'm 78 years old and very picky. They do good work. Their used car sales can't be trusted to tell you the truth about the car they are selling. I bought a 2019 Ford F150 from them back in Jan. and they took advantage of an old man that trusted them. They checked my trade in over from bumper to bumper and down it all they could. Then thinking they were honest gave them with trade close to $30,000 cash. I'm sure they knew it needed a transmission. They just passed their loss on this truck on to me because I was to stupid to check it closer. This was Laura Chevy and Laura Ford combination.Salesman from Chevy sold it to me but had to go to Ford Dealership to pick it up.. The service Department seems to do a good job as I have used both . I feel the sales at Chevy are crooks and they sure found a sucker when I walked in the door. $10000 dollars to get this fixed at ford. I won"t be going back. Kenny Lowe

Laura Buick GMC in Sullivan Missouri did a top notch job helping me out, getting things fixed that was supposed to be done at there main store in Collinsville Illinois 6 months early. Larura Buick GMC service department in Missouri gets an A+. Laura Anderson should be ashamed of her Collinsville dealership. That dealership has liars, especially the service manager. The Collinsville dealership get an F minus. The Sullivan dealership may have stopped me from going Ram with there beautiful Cummins.

I’ve been there quite a bit here lately. I had the 6.2 engine. I got my recall took out my truck in. They checked it out. I don’t need a new motor but they did whatever it is they had to do to that motor I have I was very pleased with them and how fast they moved on that I’ve been back to get some tires balanced and everything they ever do is they’re just very quick very thorough and they really show they care about you. I love that dealership.

This was the most fun I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!! I don’t typically associate smiling & laughing with buying a car, but this team made the entire experience feel more like a meeting with friends than a sales pitch. Mike called me the second they had the Blazer I was looking for. When I arrived, Joe introduced me to Pete who was already aware I was coming in & took me straight to the Blazer for a test drive. Pete was extremely patient and answered all my questions…I had a LOT of questions. When I asked about other trim packages, he considered what I wanted as well as my budget and walked me through the different features & prices without trying to upsell me on something I wasn’t interested in. Joe made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. He also ensured I got a great price for my trade in vehicle & introduced me to their finance department. Guy patiently walked me through all of the warranty options, adding in and taking out options to get me to the payment I was comfortable with based on what I wanted & needed & got me a great interest rate on my loan. Throughout the entire process, the team I worked with was informed of who I was, what I was looking for, and my budget. I didn’t have to re-explain myself at any point in the process from sales to my trade into the finance department, everyone was informed and had all of my information readily available when I got to them making the entire process extremely efficient. Typically, by the end of a car sale, I’m just looking to get out of there, but Mike, Pete, Joe, & Guy made the entire experience enjoyable, and I was still laughing and smiling when it was time to leave. Such a great experience with this amazing team!

I was there for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation…when I first pulled up, there were about 5 cars parked outside the bay with no one in them and 2 white corvettes parked in the bay. I was already put off seeing this since the previous visit I was able to pull in to discuss things with my vehicle right there. Later I learned from others in the waiting room that apparently the owner couldn’t park his corvette outside in the rain. Anyway…fast forward to after my car got taken car of…apparently must have been a rookie taking care of my car because my 2025 vehicle had issues with passenger rear tire pressure set at 60 (suppose to be 35) which I fixed on my own after checking to lean about it. And then I had alarms going off saying my sensor wasn’t working on the driver side rear…so I suppose the tech didn’t relearn my tires correctly. By the way, my paperwork claimed the tires were all at 35…and they were not. I had to drive out of my way and waste my time and gas to get the relearning of my tires resolved…and guess what! The service guy was so busy looking at his phone and exercising his arms he didn’t notice me for a few minutes in my car outside of the bay…and once again the white corvette was parked in the bay. To me this person with the white corvette cares more about himself and his possessions than the customers. Just not impressed and do not plan to use the service department or even buy a car there any more. Nothing will change my opinion. Thank you

Vehicle delivery prep was adequate/minimal for brand new. Especially after mentioning high standard for cleanliness. In many way my 10 year old trade in was cleaner. Certain preparations could have been done prior to arrival on the paperwork side to expedite the time spent at dealership. Sales rep knew I was traveling in from over 5 hours away. When there at the location time was spent with other customers making me wait even longer. Due to lack of communication between sales rep/sales manager/finance manager, paperwork was not completed correctly the first time resulting in incorrect registration/licensing of new vehicle. I had to leave without the issue being corrected. I still have not received word on if the issue has been resolved a week later.

Detailing was not complete. I finished removing tape and removed my mats from the trunk and placed them in my vehicle. We noticed a "service tire monitor system" light when we did our test drive and mentioned it when I placed a deposit. That was not addressed and had to return the next day. The finance person became very angry and rude when we refused the warranty for the computer system (actually he was "nasty" toward us)! He also complained about how I wrote the check. It has cleared the bank, I noticed. If I hadn't had a deposit down we would have left. I came back the following morning the 28th (8:00am) to drop off the lien release ( I wanted to get it to you right away, I knew you needed it) and get the tire problem fixed from the day before. The office manager was dropping "f" bombs. When our sales person came in shortly later I told him if they needed to keep my car to fix the tire warning I could take my trade in home. He told me "your not getting that car, its ours now). That was fixed fairly quickly. I stopped by the morning of the 30th because my starter wasn't working on either fob. I also had found a key card in the glove box and some weird looking car part in another glove box. I went to service, the young man ask if could help me. I laid everything on his desk, told him I just purchased a 2026 traverse 3 day's prior, gave my name and was trying to tell him my fobs don't work and he started in immediately about me not having an appointment, I wasn't on the schedule. I tried to explain I only wanted someone to help me get the fobs and the card I found to work. I also had a part I didn't need, but he kept cutting me off! FINALLY he told me the part fits on the lug nuts?? Ok, I didn't know that, the card should open the door. Ok, I didn't know that either, but figured as much, but it wasn't working. After conferring with someone and a couple trips to the parking lot (which he did apologize for) it was remedied. We just found ALOT of rudeness and unprofessionalism (F word, really). We purchased our 2020 Traverse there, we knew the salesman so thing were smoother. We also purchased there prior to it becoming "Laura". I love my new car, I just wish I had purchased elsewhere.

I’ve never had an issue with service here. However this last time, I was charged $90 for an oil change and $35 for a tire rotation. I had a coupon for $15 off, which they applied. On the Laura website it says an oil change and tire rotation is $90 total. When I called back to discuss it, the service advisor said that was no longer the case and they are required to charge for tire rotation. He said this went into effect in November. If that is the case, stop advertising on the website that an oil change with tire rotation is $90.

This was not the best experience. When I set up the service they did not inform me where to go for it. When i arrived at the dealership the service entrance for the cars were blocked by several cars so I walked into the front and they told me for service I needed to go to the right and there is an office. I went there and there was a lady sitting at a desk. I asked her if I check in with her and she said, you need to go to the guy outside to check in. When I checked in with him I asked if they could put the license plate holder on the car so it would not be damaged, leased vehicle, he said yes. when they told me the service was complete, they said the car was out front. after walking out front and looking for my vehicle, it was on the back side of the service center and the license plate holder was still sitting in my front seat. Just a poor experience overall.

WOW. Just WOW. This was an amazing service experience — truly one of the best, maybe the best, I’ve ever had. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and let me tell you, it was FAST. In and out. No delays. No problems. They ran it like a well-oiled machine — which is ironic, because they just changed the oil. Sonya was my service advisor and she was PHENOMENAL. Really phenomenal. Very professional, very smart, totally on top of everything. She knew exactly what was going on at all times. You could tell immediately — this is someone who gets things DONE.
